Noam's journey is a visual narrative that spans the Sderot Media Center to the Dead Sea Revival Project, culminating in his role as the Foreign Affairs Manager for ISRAEL-is. His passion lies in connecting visual art to environmental diplomacy, promoting sustainability, and nurturing an alliance for water sustainability in the Middle East.
With 17 years of experience, Noam shared the human stories of Sderot globally, serving as a foreign spokesperson during crises, including the impactful Gaza War 2023. Leading an NGO dedicated to restoring historic water sources, promoting ecotourism, and strengthening the Abraham Accords for water and marine conservation, Noam focuses on promoting ecotourism in the MENA region, emphasizing collaboration among Abraham Accord countries to address environmental challenges.

The Sderot Media Center
Founded in 2007 by Noam, the Sderot Media Center has been pivotal in delivering the human perspective of life on the Gaza border to global audiences. Over 12 years as director, Noam has engaged extensively in international relations and diplomacy, speaking at over 200 college campuses, visiting 20 parliament houses and Israeli embassies, and making hundreds of presentations worldwide. His efforts have positioned the center as a crucial player in education and security tourism on the Gaza border, earning recognition from top Israeli Government offices including the Prime Minister’s Office, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ministry of Strategic Affairs.
The Dead Sea Revival Project
Noam established and directed the only NGO dedicated to the preservation of the Dead Sea, emphasizing environmental art, education, ecotourism, and regional collaboration under the Abraham Accords. Noteworthy accomplishments include launching the second boat operation on the Dead Sea since 1948, with recognitions from esteemed international bodies such as NASA, CNN/VR, and National Geographic.
MENA Ecotourism
In alignment with the Abraham Accords, Noam launched an ecotourism initiative to enhance regional alliances through cultural exchanges and environmental tourism. This initiative has received accolades from the UAE Ministry of Climate Change and Environment and the Bahrain embassy in Tel Aviv, marking significant strides in international collaboration.
The Foriegn Affairs Manager - ISRAEL-is
In his current role at ISRAEL-is, Noam has led 11 impact missions worldwide, engaging with policymakers, diplomats, and media influencers to advocate for families of hostages. His recent appointment to establish a VR visitor center in Sderot. underscores his ongoing commitment to innovating advocacy methods. This center, in collaboration with Sderot's tourism department and the Sderot Foundation for Development, will highlight the October 7th atrocities alongside the human narrative of the region.
